Fearne Cotton – Happy birthday Fearne, 30 years-old today. Fearne has dyed her hair pink to celebrate her 30th birthday.

She tweeted  “30 is great so far. Eating delicious brekkie, listening to Bowie loudly and still have pink hair!”

One year ago she was proposed to by her then boyfriend skateboarder Jesse Jenkins but after splitting with him she started dating Ronnie Wood’s son Jesse. Prior to her birthday Fearne took to Twitter to tell the world to say what she had hoped to achieve before she was 30 but had failed to get done,  “1 day left of my 20’s. Still can’t cook a meal, still havnt seen Lord of the Rings, still havnt been skiing. Oh well.”

Fearne has presented a number of shows and in 2007 became the first regular female presenter of Radio 1’s Chart Show.

Keira Knightley – the English actress arrived at the Venice Film Festival yesterday to promote her new film A Dangerous Method.

Keira’s first breakthrough role in movies was in 2002’s Bend It Like Beckham when she was just 17-years old. She was seen by an even bigger audience with her role in the 2003 British rom-com Love Actually which came out the same year as The Curse of The Black Pearl, the first of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies starring Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom.

Knightley regularly features on Top 100 Hot Women lists in both Maxim and FHM and in 2006 FHM named her the “sexiest woman in the world.”

In March 2006 Keira appeared nude, together with Scarlett Johansson, on the cover of Vanity Fair’s special Hollywood issue.

In A Dangerous Method she plays a Russian psychiatric patient in the new film, which portrays the relationship between the two founders of modern psychoanalysis, Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud.

The film is directed by David Cronenberg and apart from Knightley it stars Viggo Mortensen as Freud and Michael Fassbender as Carl Jung.  The film shows the relationship between Freud and Jung going badly wrong when Jung gives in to Knightley’s character’s sexual advances.

Joanna Lumley – it has just been announced that Joanna Lumley and Jennifer Saunders will revive their Ab Fab roles in 3 new US television specials. The new programmes will coincide with the show’s 20th anniversary in the UK. The three special episodes will be a co-production of BBC America and US company Logo.

Joanna is currently to be seen in re-runs of the series “In the Land of the Northern Lights”. This shows her travelling across Norway in her quest to find the aurora borealis also known as “The Northern Lights”.

Much as we wanted to show another shot of Joanna as Purdey in “The New Avengers” we have been talked out of this and so here is a video of Joanna in “In the Land of the Northern Lights”.

Lewis Hamilton –  the British formula 1 star is today denying rumours of his engagement to long term girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger.

Hamilton is to appear tonight in the first of Jonathan Ross’s new chat shows for ITV. He says that the couple are happy with the current state of their relationship. When asked by Ross about other women Hamilton replied “When you have the most beautiful girl in the world then you don’t need to [cheat].”

This is not the first time that rumours have circulated about the couple’s engagement as back in May this year Nicole took to Twitter to say  “Sorry to disappoint u all but its not true.”
