Carmen Electra’s New York Fashion Week; A Pink Corset, A Selfie With Paris and Getting Upstaged By A Wardrobe Malfunction – the hot-looking 42-year old model is certainly having a busy New York Fashion Week this year with plenty of different things to get her noticed in the first few days of the event.
She wore a striking pink corset style outfit to the Blonds show on Wednesday that really showed off her great body. No surprises there as it is just the sort of outfit that she has become well-known for wearing.
Joining Carmen on the front row of the exclusive fashion show was her friend Paris Hilton. The 2 were encouraged to lean into each other for a celebrity double selfie. Again no great surprise.
Carmen’s most surprising appearance was actually a bit of a surprise to her as well as to us. Whilst posing for photos at the Fashion Rocks event on Tuesday Carmen found herself upstaged by an unknown woman who bore more than a passing resemblance to singer and actress Cher. This lady was standing behind Carmen and pulled off a memorable photobomb by having her right breast escape from her dress,
Whether the unknown flasher was intentionally revealing herself or not she certainly seemed to be enjoying her moment in front of the many photographers at the show.
New York Fashion Week is always a good opportunity for some serious celeb spotting and this year has proved no exception. As well as Carmen and Paris you could also spot Kendall Jenner, Adriana Lima, Zoe Saldana, Nicki Minaj and Rihanna. However possibly the most visible celeb on this year’s NYFW front rows has been Whoopi Goldberg, who has been spotted at just about every major show this week. Who would have guessed she was such a fashion fan?
Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week finishes today with some more big hitting shows including new collections from Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren.
The week’s many shows come to a close with the Art Hearts Fashion Show. This special charity show is likely to attract all the big names and covers a huge range of different styles ranging from ancient civilisations right up to digital art and fashion.
There is barely time for the fashion industry to draw breath before London Fashion Week starts tomorrow. The Milan Fashion Week and Sydney Fashion Festival are also on this month with Istanbul, Tokyo, Moscow and Zurich to follow in October and November.
