The singer-songwriter has always had a bit of a thing for jumpsuits for her stage performances but they usually have a bit more material than the one she wore on stage on Saturday for the Delamere Forest gig.
The blue sci-fi style jumpsuit featured a nude top with just a couple of little straps to protect the 26-year old’s modesty. The lower part of the outfit was made up of a pair of tiny blue shorts with cut outs and there were blue lines going down each leg. Jessie was clearly pleased with the look and thanked the creator of the outfit on her Instagram page: ‘Thank you Alida my AMAZING seamstress who made these outfits for me for my forest shows. I designed them so long ago and to see them on stage was so amazing! Stage outfits are the hardest to find! What can I sweat in, squat in, jump in, feel sexy in, mic pack fit on, sit down in, dance in… And not look like anyone else in…’
She has just released details of the lead single to come from her 3rd album. The track is called Bang Bang and will be a collaboration between Jessie , Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj. The single will be released worldwide on 29 July and is looking like being a big hit.
Straight after her performance at the special Forestry Commission event yesterday Jessie left to prepare for the journey to China where she starts her new tour on Tuesday.
First venue on the tour is the Shanghai Mercedes-Benz Arena on the 8th with a further date at the Beijing Workers’ Gymnasium on Thursday 10 July.
