Hottest Women Tennis Players At Wimbledon – today marks the first day of the 2 week long Wimbledon Tennis Championships and we thought we should let you know some of the hottest women tennis players to watch out for.
Some of these women look really great but we should warn you that some are not likely to stay in the tournament that long, with some notable exceptions of course.
There have always been plenty of very attractive women to watch in the game of tennis and in the modern game Chris Evert, Gabriella Sabatini and Steffi Graf all had a strong set of fans. In fact for many people Steffi Graf had the best pair of breasts and legs that have ever graced a tennis court.
All of the above ladies did extremely well in their tennis careers but the one player that is always mentioned as being more famous for her looks than her ability on court is, Anna Kournikova. The Russian born tennis player became a household name in the 1990s despite never winning a WTA singles title. She did however win a couple of Grand Slam doubles titles with Martina Hingis. She stopped playing professional tennis in 2003 and these days is best-known for her relationship with singer Enrique Iglesias.
Getting back to this year’s crop of tennis hotties we have one of the game’s top players, Maria Sharapova. Russian born Maria has won 5 Grand Slam titles so far in her career and looks likely to add further to this total. She has been voted the hottest athlete in the world in 4 occasions by Maxim and also appeared in the famous Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2006.
One of the more buxom looking players that still has plenty of fans is Serena Williams. She is probably best described as Amazonian and her strength has seen off many an opponent over the years. Serena has won an incredible total of 32 Major titles including singles, doubles and mixed doubles titles. She is also the only woman tennis player to have won in excess of $50m in prize money during her career.
Although nowhere near as experienced as those players mentioned above Maria Kirilenko has a good chance of making the latter stages of this year’s tournament. She has already made it to a number of singles Grand Slam quarter finals and has also made it to the final in a couple of Grand Slam doubles events. She also has worked as a model having been the face and body of Stella McCartney’s Adidas tennis range. LIke Maria Sharapova, she has also appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.
Appearing with Maria Kirilenko in that same 2009 SI magazine was Slovakian tennis player Daniela Hantuchova. She also has a decent chance of reaching the final stages of Wimbledon having been a quarter finalist here in 2002. Although she has now dropped to around 30 in the world rankings she is still a strong competitor on grass. Daniela is also well-known for having posed nude for ESPN’s Body magazine.
Staying in Slovakia we can find another tennis hottie in the form of Dominika Cibulkova. She is on great form at the moment having just reached the final of the Australian Open, her first Grand Slam final appearance, so she is on something of a roll.
Another tennis player who is currently playing the best tennis of her life is 20-year old Canadian Eugenie Bouchard, who made the semi-final stages of both the Australian and French Opens this year. She is also a former junior Wimbledon champion. Although this year may not be her year we don;t think it will be long before she lifts a Grand Slam trophy.
One player who is much more unlikely to get to the 2nd week of the championships is Italian Stefania Chieppa. Although she is not even in the top 100 world rankings she would certainly be in the top 10 hottest tennis players. Try and catch her early this week or you may be disappointed.
One former favourite is Romanian tennis player Simona Halep. She famously had a breast reduction as her large boobs (34DD) were interfering with her ability to play at the highest level. As you can see from the attached photo this was a real problem! Since the breast reduction op her play has improved (in fact she made this year’s French Open final, her first Grand Slam final) but there are a lot less photographers at her matches.
