Neil Wallis – the phone hacking scandal rolls on and on. Neil Wallis is the former executive editor at the recently closed News of the World and he has been arrested as part of the ongoing police investigation. Jane Austen – it is not often we have an unmarried woman who died in 1817 as one of the top trending topics of the day. Jane Austen has a large fan base particularly amongst female social and romantic literary types. She is in the news today as one of her manuscripts from an 1804 unfinished novel “The Watsons” has sold at Sotheby’s auction house for £993,250, more than 3 times the original estimate. Ted Danson – the man best known to most people as Sam the philandering barman from Cheers has just been confirmed as the replacement for Laurence Fishburne’s character Dr Langston in the hit US drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Angelina Jolie – one of those stories that gets dug up from time to time is the will they won’t they Brad & Angie getting married story. This time it is US magazine US Weekly that runs the story about possible nuptials in the next few months, most likely taking place at their newly renovated property Chateau Miraval in Correns, France. In case anyone has been living on the moon Angie was previously married to Billy Bob Thornton whilst Brad was married to Jennifer Aniston. Have a look at the wonderful Chateau Miraval which they bought for around $60m a few years ago. Not a bad spot for a wedding is it?
